Mike (who was hired using the assessment) wanted to create a comprehensive hiring process driven by data. As a solution, he developed a scorecard to measure a candidate’s fit that incorporated assessment results as well as traditional interviewing strategies.
The hiring aid has allowed the company to:
- Narrow down applicants who are worth the expense of the assessment
- Weigh the assessment results with resume reviews, phone interviews, and face-to-face interviews
- Objectively score each candidate through each stage of the interview process
