Can sales managers track their sales reps’ progress?

Yes. When using a SCORM compliant LMS, IMPACT-U is designed to give sales managers a clear view of how much of the course each rep has completed. Managers can also use the post-module assignments along with their coaching guide to deliver targeted coaching where it’s needed.

Is this course meant to replace live instructor-led training?
